Infiltrator Systems today finalized acquisition of the assets of the septic chamber business of Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) and its subsidiaries. Infiltrator offers a family of products designed to save onsite installation professionals time and money. Products include Quick4 and Quick4 Plus septic system chambers, TW and IM series septic tanks, EZflow synthetic aggregate leachfield media, EZset risers, and Aquaworx products.
As part of the acquisition, ADS entered a long-term, nonexclusive distribution agreement with Infiltrator Systems and will continue to market and sell its Arc and BioDiffuser product lines. The ADS chamber line includes the Arc 18, Arc 24, Arc 36, Arc 36LP and Arc 36HC chambers as well as BioDiffuser chambers.
