Is it time to take charge of the future of your onsite system installing business, attract more customers and grow revenue while controlling costs? Get the tools to meet those objectives at the first Pumper & Cleaner Profit Series business building and networking event March 31-April 2 at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Dallas.

Nationally known speakers Ellen Rohr and Ryan Dohrn will cover a wide range of timely topics including budgeting and finances, determining what you should be charging for services, smart employee compensation, effective use of social media, customer retention tips, and how to value your business when it’s time to sell.

Cost for the three-day session is $299/person if you register by March 1, and $399 afterward. Conference lodging at the beautiful Gaylord Texan is $179 per night. To register and learn more, go to Pumper & Cleaner Profit Series.

Rohr learned how to build businesses the hard way. She nearly lost her family’s plumbing company before learning how to manage finances and grow revenue. The business took off, and Rohr became the author of four books, Where Did the Money Go?, How Much Should I Charge?, The Bare Bones Biz Plan, and The Weekend Biz Plan. She will present two full days of seminars outlining information contractors need to control costs, charge fees for profitability, reward top employees and effectively buy and sell a business.

Dohrn is the founder of Brain Swell Media, a revenue strategy and sales training company focusing on the media and service industries. He created the 360 Ad Sales System and 360 IT Sales System used by hundreds of service companies. In addition to being a sought-after speaker, Dohrn has trained more than 4,000 sales professionals and oversaw 3,000 website builds. He is an author and has been featured by numerous print and broadcast media outlets as a business expert.

The event is being presented by Pumper and Cleaner magazines. Register now, space is limited.
