Last week we provided a link for you to watch past NOWRA President Tom Fritts testify live before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment and Related Agencies. Right before Fritts was scheduled to testify, the hearing went into recess for an hour so the Member could go to the Capitol for several votes.
