John Deere awarded equipment contract
John Deere was awarded a three-year construction equipment contract from the National Purchasing Partners Government Division. The NPPGov contract allows public and nonprofit entities access to John Deere’s products through simplified cooperative purchasing. 

IPEX announces $55 million expansion
IPEX unveiled its $55 million Edmonton plant expansion to stakeholders and guests at a reception in June. The 17,245-square-foot expansion brings the production of large-diameter PVCO and PVC pressure and sewer piping to the North American and Canadian markets.

JWC Environmental names business development manager
JWC Environmental named Jesus Rodriguez as business development manager for Monster Screening Systems products. Rodriguez will be responsible for expanding the company’s wastewater screening products, including in-channel headworks screens, rotary drum screens, drum sludge thickeners and Screenings Washer Monsters.

Roth Industries begins $6 million expansion 
Roth Industries broke ground in July on a $6 million expansion of its Watertown, New York, facility. The project will include a 27,000-square-foot expansion, installation of a new blow-molding machine and the creation of at least 12 new jobs. The new machine will add the capacity to produce additional product lines at the Watertown plant that are in prototype development.

New sales managers join Premier Tech Aqua
Premier Tech Aqua has announced the appointment of two regional sales managers and an engineering sales manager to support the drive of the company’s continuous growth. Huw Morgan will cover the regions of South Wales and South West England, and Rob Gabriel, a long-serving manager in the industry, will serve as regional sales manager of East Anglia and South East England. Paul Hancock has also joined the PTA team as an engineering sales manager in the South of England.

Continental ContiTech expands partnerships
ContiTech will supply industrial hoses, hydraulics and power transmission belts to Applied Mexico and subsidiary RODENSA Mexico. Applied Mexico is one of the largest industrial distribution networks in Mexico with 22 facilities.

JCB North America recognizes dealer achievements
JCB North America presented annual dealer awards to outstanding JCB dealerships in recognition of their efforts and achievements in 2015. The awards were presented at regional JCB dealer meetings held in Savannah, Chicago, Las Vegas and Toronto. In all, 18 dealers were recognized.

Grundfos Pumps names GM
Jonathan Hamp-Adams was appointed general manager for Grundfos U.S.A. He will lead all sales organizations in the United States.

Xylem adds rental operations managers
John Bossong (Nashville, Tennessee), Bill Weymouth (Hubbard, Oregon) and Kelly Baker (Little Rock, Arkansas) were named rental operations managers for Xylem.
