Passive system meets homeowner’s no electricity requirement

Problem: A new off-the-grid, three-bedroom house in Yuba County, California, was under construction, and the homeowner needed a septic system. The system needed to treat and disperse the effluent without electricity. 

Solution: The homeowner chose an Advanced Enviro-Septic passive onsite wastewater treatment system from Presby Environmental Inc., which was new to Yuba County.
