The National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA), along with the Virginia Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (VOWRA), the State Onsite Regulators Alliance (SORA) and the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT), will hold a joint industry conference Nov. 3-6 at the Virginia Beach Conventional Center.
