Excavating NJ Inc., an excavating company for septic systems installations, septic inspections, septic repair, is supporting the American Red Cross to help Hurricane Sandy disaster victims.

Located in Sussex, N.J., the company will assist the relief effort by donating 10 percent of all septic inspection sales from now until the end of the year. When customers schedule a septic inspection for any real estate transaction, 10 percent of the sale will be donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, helping families impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

Excavating NJ president Mike White says, “The magnitude of damage caused by Hurricane Sandy is beyond comprehension. We can’t imagine the hardship those impacted are dealing with.” He was impressed by how the American Red Cross has responded to the catastrophic situations. “They were the first ones in New Jersey and without a doubt the last ones out and New Jersey families really need them, especially during this holiday season,” he says.

The feelings are shared by the entire company. “New Jersey is our home and now it’s our turn to repay our neighbors and friends in need,” says White. “We are honored to be able to support the Red Cross and help our state make a strong come back. This septic inspection program will run from Nov. 22 through Dec. 31, and we ask all real estate agents to support us by including us when they recommend a septic inspection company to their customers.”

Sales and marketing manager Mitch Gutu adds, “We live in Jersey and a fundraiser like this just made sense.”
