In standard septic systems with underground, gravity-fed soil absorption, the even distribution of wastewater across the drainfield is difficult to achieve due to several factors.
Though several attempts were made to correct this issue in a system in Texas, without a perfectly level distribution device, responsible inspection and careful burial, all effluent would flow to only one lateral. With the installation of a Clarus Environmental Tru-Flow Splitter System, even distribution was accomplished among the various outlets despite the lack of a perfectly level installation due to soil coverage and settling. The inspection port, level and movable tray allow the flow-splitting device to be adjusted after burial.
