The 2020 Onsite Wastewater Mega-Conference Is Going All Virtual

A message from Eric Casey, executive director of the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association:

After careful consideration and evaluation, the Mega-Conference partners (NOWRA, Virginia Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association, National Association of Wastewater Technicians and State Onsite Regulators Association) have decided to move the 2020 Onsite Wastewater Mega-Conference to an all-virtual format. This was a difficult decision, but it was driven by two critical considerations: uncertainty surrounding our ability to hold this event safely and uncertainty about whether the Commonwealth of Virginia would ease restrictions on the size of gatherings enough to enable our meeting to take place. Therefore, we will be moving to a virtual format for the entire conference.

We remain excited about the Mega-Conference. We have an outstanding lineup of education sessions planned and anticipate a strong turnout for our virtual expo. Our goal is to make the event as valuable as possible for you. We will share more details with you about the schedule, pricing and new dates for the virtual Mega-Conference in the near future.

For those of you who were hoping to attend in person, we share your disappointment that the conference could not be held as planned, but we look forward to your participation in our virtual conference and to seeing you in person at a future Mega-Conference.
