SJE-Rhombus, a global manufacturer of water and wastewater controls for residential, commercial, industrial and municipal applications, is acquiring ICS Healy-Ruff, a manufacturer and integrator of control systems for municipal water and wastewater use, effective April 1, 2015. SJE-Rhombus will position ICS Healy-Ruff within PRIMEX, the company’s business dedicated to engineered water control systems for municipalities.

Founded in 1982, ICS Healy-Ruff, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, employs over 60 professionals specializing in custom controls and system integration, cloud-based SCADA solutions and application solutions that include: VPAC and LC series control products, systems management and information services. The SJE-Rhombus acquisition includes ICS Healy-Ruff’s exclusive Evoqua products and expanded distribution through Evoqua dealers.

SJE-Rhombus continues to grow organically and through acquisition as the largest provider of complete control solutions for water applications in North America, offering a broad end-to-end suite of products and services, from standard pump controls for residential homes to highly complex engineered custom control systems for large municipalities. PRIMEX, with the addition of ICS Healy-Ruff, builds technologically sophisticated control solutions for municipalities.
