The November issue of Onsite Installer is out, featuring American Septic Design, in Wauna, Washington. Tom Purdum left behind an ice cream business to learn septic design from his brother. He started as an apprentice and then worked as a partner in his brother’s company before starting his own business in the Seattle area, focusing on septic design, soil evaluations, septic repair, and well site selection and permitting. Also included in this issue is a System Profile about a waterfront North Carolina hotel complex that requires heavy tankage and creative effluent dispersal to handle huge flows.
