The February issue of Onsite Installer is here, featuring brothers Ben and Seth Miller who own and operate Whidbey Septic in Oak Harbor, Washington. Both military veterans, they returned home to Whidbey Island after completing their service and eventually found themselves working in the onsite industry. They took over a mentor’s business in 2020 and, despite facing very challenging site conditions, have found success with a mix of installations, repairs, inspection and maintenance. Also in this issue is a System Profile about installers and manufacturers teaming up to apply new treatment technology to a challenging system expansion.
