Advanced Drainage Systems announced several leadership changes as part of its previously communicated succession plan. The board of directors has named Scott Barbour president and CEO, succeeding Joe Chlapaty, who has served in that capacity since 2004. Chlapaty will become chairman emeritus of the board. The board also named C. Robert Kidder as chairman of the board and Barbour as a director.
