Two onsite wastewater professionals have been accused of being involved in a septic tank bribery scheme in Baton Rouge, La. They have been indicted in federal court. According to The Advocate, 71-year-old Glenn Kelly Johnson and 52-year-old Alan Forrest Page are both charged with conspiracy to use telephones in aid of a bribery scheme. Each face separate charges as well. Johnson is a septic tank contractor, and Pogue is a former septic system inspector for the Onsite Wastewater Program for Louisiana’s Center for Environmental Services. “Pogue accepted approximately $50,000 in bribes from Johnson from May 2009 through June 2011,” the story said. “The indictment
