This year the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA) Installer Academy piggybacks on the Pumper & Cleaner Expo in Louisville, Ky. The fourth annual Academy runs February 22-23 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, followed by the Pumper & Cleaner Expo, Feb. 24-27.The Installer Academy is a unique education and training program created to advance the knowledge, skills and professionalism of installers and service providers in the decentralized wastewater industry.
