Regulators Plan Conference

The State Onsite Regulators Alliance will hold a June 9 event with the National Environmental Health Association

The State Onsite Regulators Alliance and Captains of Industry (SORA/COI) Conference will be held June 9, in conjunction with National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) 74th Annual Educational Conference and Exhibition, June 6-9 in Albuquerque, N.M.

SORA is a national organization that represents onsite wastewater regulators from all 50 states, as well as U.S. Territories, tribes and Canadian provinces. The 12th annual SORA/COI Conference will bring regulators and industry representatives together to network and exchange information on wastewater issues and sustainable wastewater solutions. The conference offers a forum where manufacturers can present their products to the people capable of permitting their use.

Attendees will be able to meet regulatory officials from across the country, network with industry representatives, and keep up to date with research and field evaluations of decentralized treatment technologies. Meanwhile the NEHA conference gives attendees access to four days of technical presentations, forums, networking, exhibitions and field trips.
