Scott Hunter advises leaders of businesses of all sizes on how to become happier and more successful. He shared what he has learned with crowds of 300 to 400 during six hour-long sessions at the 32 Annual Pumper & Cleaner Expo’s Education Day.
Hunter’s basic premise is that what we think and feel attracts to us things that make us continue to think feel those ways. In other words, if we come from a position of fear, we will attract to ourselves and our company things that make us fearful. If we come from a position of scarcity, we will attract more scarcity.
And conversely, if we want to experience more abundance, we need to think more abundantly. And the only way to get rich is to start thinking richer. In fact, Hunter said, that attitude or lack of it is the fundamental difference between most of us and people like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and Donald Trump.
Hunter sent his audiences home energized and with greater aspirations for the future for themselves and their companies.
