Orenco Systems has launched a new web portal to a multi-lingual website. With products installed in more than 60 countries and international business on the rise, Orenco recognized the need for a website that would appeal to customers in other countries.
With help from international business partners and translation services, the company created an international web area with content in Portuguese and Spanish; French and other languages are to be added in the future.
In 2011, half of Orenco’s AX-Max and AX-Mobile treatment units were sold outside of the U.S., and the company has doubled its international staff. “By launching this new multi-lingual web portal, we will be able to better communicate with our current and potential international customers,” said Geoff Salthouse, international business manager.
The company’s distribution network offers wastewater solutions from 300 points of distribution in North, Central and South America; Europe; Africa; Australasia; and Southwest Asia. Top international markets are Canada, New Zealand and Greece. The new web portal includes links to translations of key product brochures. Translations of installation and O&M manuals are available to project partners. Orenco will have an international-themed booth at the WEFTEC conference in New Orleans Sept. 29-Oct. 3
