The Hydro-Action Standard 245 system is built around the Hydro-Action AN Series individual wastewater treatment plant. This is a self-contained, extended aeration, aerobic treatment facility utilizing the combination of the activated sludge process and wastewater recirculation for denitrification. This two tank ATU is rated for 440, 550, 660, 800, and 1,100 gpd. The AN Series was created to meet more stringent needs in Nitrogen Reduction for sensitive land issues and enhanced nutrient removal. The Hydro-Action Standard 245 meets the NSF/ANSI 245 set by the National Sanitation Foundation, a testing authority in wastewater treatment. |
