It requires no preventive maintenance, and is available in prepackaged wet well/dry well, wet well, indoor and Gatorgrinder stations. It is configured for aftermarket upgrades. The grinder pump station collects all of the wastewater from the home, grinds up any solids and then moves the effluent through a 1 1/4- to 4-inch pipe to treatment.
