Infiltrator Acquires Ring Industrial GroupInfiltrator Systems Inc. has acquired Ring Industrial Group LP of Oakland, Tenn., manufacturer of the EZflow brand of expanded polystyrene drainfield systems. Ring’s six manufacturing plants will be operated as EZflow LP, wholly owned by Infiltrator Systems Inc., as the company looks to expand the EZflow product line. Key members of the Ring Industrial Group, including its engineering staff, have been retained. The customer service and accounting departments have been integrated into the Infiltrator organization. With the addition of EZflow, Infiltrator, based in Old Saybrook, Conn., has products in 2.5 million onsite systems across North America.Bord
