Goulds Water Technology Model 3871 EP04 and EP05 effluent pumps are designed for effluent systems, homes, farms, heavy-duty sump, water transfer and dewatering applications. The EP04 impeller features a thermoplastic semi-open design with pump out vanes for mechanical seal protection. The EP05 has a thermoplastic-enclosed design for improved performance. Both models feature a rugged thermoplastic casing and base for strength and corrosion resistance, while the cast iron motor housing efficiently transfers heat, providing strength and durability.
