Charles Ray joined Presby Environmental as regional manager for the Midwest. His responsibilities include distribution development, training and market support that provides impetus toward clean water. Additionally, Ray is responsible for communications between Presby Environmental and all regulatory agencies to maintain consistency and compliancy. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 from Ball State University, specializing in marketing and telecommunications.
