New to the marketplace, Orenco’s RLA offers quick and easy installation of the Tank Shield while reinforcing riser tops that may be skewed, uneven or damaged. Installers simply position it on top of an existing fiberglass or ribbed PVC riser and secure it with an adhesive. Once in place, the RLA is a secure, watertight foundation for a secondary safety barrier and a septic tank lid. In fact, Orenco’s Tank Shield easily clicks into place using the RLA’s four built-in tabs. It’s easy to remove too, for O&M chores like inspections, cleaning and repair.
The Tank Shield increases onsite safety by providing a secondary safety barrier. Able to support up to 250 pounds, it’s engineered to prevent larger debris, animals and people from accidentally falling into a tank, pump basin or access port when the lid is open for repair or maintenance. The Tank Shield fits 24-inch ribbed and Orenco 24- and 30-inch fiberglass risers. It’s also easy to click into place, thanks to the new RLA.
FiberLast access lids are built to last. These solid, resin-infused fiberglass lids provide a secure, durable, watertight covering for ribbed PVC, HDPE and Orenco FRP risers, as well as pump basins and access ports. Made with UV- and corrosion-resistant materials, they offer secure, durable, watertight protection and withstand environmental and equipment stress. The lids, which are rated for nontraffic loads up to 2,500 pounds, include a nonskid surface and a molded-in caution statement.
