The Clearstream Wastewater Treatment System is an extended aeration sewage treatment plant. This system, through aeration and clarification, is designed to provide a proper environment for aerobic bacteria and other microorganisms that convert the incoming sewage into clear, odorless and organically stable water. The simple, compact design makes it easy to install and maintain. A wide selection of sizes are available to fit design needs from 500 through 1,500 gpd. All plants meet NSF Standard 40 and some systems are available to meet NSF Standard 245. Clearstream indicated that test results averaged as low as 5 mg/L CBOD and 5 mg/L TSS.
